With 3 dedicated companies and 7 other production locations scattered all over the world we want to be your preferred partner for couverture chocolate, compound coatings, fillings and chocolate specialities.

Our main company - Belcolade - is more than just a production site. It is the last Belgian owned chocolate couverture producer. And in spite of its young age it has earned itself an enviable reputation among professional chocolatiers and pastry chefs around the world. All customers, wherever they are, can be assured: if our product carries the Belcolade brand, it is coming from our Belgian factory.

Debelis in Spain has a slightly longer history. From a producer of varied chocolate products it has developed into a lean and efficient specialist of compound coatings and fat based fillings. With a young and dynamic team they serve both artisanal and industrial customers.

Since 2001 Debelis Corp. in the USA  has joined the team of factories dedicated to chocolate products. Manufacturing both real chocolate and compound coatings Debelis has become a specialist supplier of niche products. Organic, sugar free, fractionated, nutritional, ... these are just some of the market segments they are developing in close cooperation with their customers.

In 7 locations around the world the production of Puratos products is combined with the manufacture of compound coatings and fillings. These locations are:
